FaQs. General Information

Are there special 'care instructions'?

Most of our products will come with a care tag, however, if we forget
to include one, here they are!

Apparel: Turn inside out, machine wash cold, tumble dry
Tumblers & Townies: Hand-wash, do not microwave, air dry.

Do you take custom order requests?

We take custom order requests via the 'design your own' item in each collection. Your design must be approved, and can not violate trademark laws. We also take custom bulk order requests for wedding parties, bachelorette etc.! All you have to do is contact us letting us know what you want and we will work with you to get the perfect shirts!

What are your hours of operation?

We are open 5 days a week. Monday-Friday 9-5
Any emails or messages sent will be read during business hours, and we will respond as soon as we can.

The item I ordered doesn't fit, can I return it for a different size?

Unfortunately, all of our items are final sale. Each shirt and product is made to order, and there is no guarantee that we will sell the returned product therefore we can't take it back. We HIGHLY encourage you to look at the sizing chart and read any info available before you complete your purchase. Exceptions to the return policy are damaged or defective upon receipt, or wrong size/error on our part; in which case, we ask that you return the original item for a new one, with a shipping label that we will provide.

Do you offer returns?

We currently do not take returns or exchanges. The ONLY exception we make is if the item is damaged upon delivery, in which case we would send you a return label and request you ship it back for a replacement. Please be sure to check the Sizing Charts before making your purchase to ensure that you've chosen the correct size. We will not be held responsible for 'wrong size purchases'.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a $5.00 flat rate fee, unless otherwise noted. Turnaround time is 7-10 business days, with the exception of bulk orders.

My package is lost.. now what?

We are not responsible for the loss of any packages once they have been shipped. We ship priority from our local post office, and once the packages have been dropped off, it is out of our hands. All orders are shipped with tracking, which you will receive confirmation of once the order has been processed. If you item isn't delivered after you've received the shipping confirmation, please contact your local post office.
